Products and orders
All products are handcrafted and made to order where specified. Product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to screen differences and the nature of handmade materials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us before returning any item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Limitation of liability
